Job description for Purchasing Specialist at PT Cipta Teknik Berjaya
Job Description:
1. Create Purchase Order (PO) and follow up approval
2. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure that the right items are being delivered on-time & in good condition
3. Coordinate with unit teams for receiving items
4. Source for alternative suppliers/vendors; negotiate & analyze quotations (specifications, time, TOP, price), and review their performance
Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree in any field, Finance or Logistics majority is an advantage
2. Having experience and knowledge on Purchasing for Projects
3. Detail oriented, able to meet tight deadline, good communication skill
4. Fluent in English both speaking and writing, language will be advantage;
5. Familiar with target or deadline, Multitasking
6. Excellent in negotiation and building relationship, have good interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking, good priority setting and communication skills
