Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, engineering, or related field
✔ Minimum 5 years experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
✔ Strong experience in handling import processes and international shipments
✔ Familiar with customs clearance, import regulations, shipping documentation, and international trade procedures
✔ Possess Procurement Certification (CIPS / BNSP / CPSM / equivalent certification preferred)
✔ Possess Import-Export Certification / Kepabeanan Certification is preferred
✔ Strong understanding of import licensing, PIB, customs procedures, and freight forwarding coordination
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Experienced in sourcing local and international suppliers
✔ Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
✔ Fluent in English, both written and spoken is preferred
✔ Able to manage inventory planning and logistics coordination efficiently
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
✔ Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement processes
✨ Source and evaluate local & overseas suppliers
✨ Handle import documentation and coordinate customs clearance processes
✨ Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs requirements
✨ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements
✨ Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement
✨ Coordinate logistics, shipping schedules, and warehouse operations
✨ Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
✨ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders
✨ Prepare procurement and logistics reports for management
