Job description for Purchasing Officer at PT. Sumber Energi Alam Lestari
PT. Karunia Ilahi Bermitra Abadi (KIBA), part of SEAL Group, is looking for a proactive Purchasing Officer to handle our supply chain and sourcing operations based at our Head Office in Subang, West Java (On-site).
What you will do: You will manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors to issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and tracking deliveries. Your main focus will be ensuring the timely and cost-effective availability of spare parts for our heavy-duty hauling fleet (Dump Trucks/Tronton) and heavy equipment (A2B) to support seamless hauling operations.
Who we are looking for:
- Min. 2–3 years of proven experience as a Purchasing or Procurement Officer specifically in the Coal Hauling, Mining, or Heavy Equipment industry.
- Solid knowledge and familiarity with sourcing heavy-duty truck and heavy equipment (A2B) spare parts.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills to secure the best pricing and lead times.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Available to join immediately and fully willing to relocate to our Head Office in Subang, West Java.
