Job Description: Purchasing Officer, Fajar Bali Spa
Purchasing & Procurement: Purchase spa supplies, oils, treatment products, linens, cleaning materials, office supplies, and other operational needs according to company requirements.
Supplier Management: Find and evaluate suppliers, compare prices, negotiate terms, and maintain good supplier relationships.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, check product availability, and ensure essential supplies are replenished on time.
Purchase Orders: Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring all purchases are approved by management.
Receiving & Quality Control: Check delivered items for quantity, quality, specifications, and expiry dates before accepting them.
Cost Management: Ensure purchases are cost-effective while maintaining product quality and company standards.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, receipts, and supplier information, and prepare regular purchasing reports.
Coordination: Work closely with reception, therapists, housekeeping, warehouse, and management to identify and fulfill operational needs.
Stock Monitoring: Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages, damaged items, expired products, or discrepancies..
