This role primarily focuses on purchasing and procurement (80%), while also supporting HR administration (20%) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
π Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
π Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
π Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of goods and services.
π Monitor purchase orders, inventory, and procurement documentation.
π Support HR administrative activities, including employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and other HR operational tasks.
Qualifications
β Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or a related field.
β Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or operational support.
β Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
β Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
β Experience in HR administration is an advantage.
