This role primarily focuses on purchasing and procurement (80%), while also supporting HR administration (20%) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
📌 Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
📌 Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of goods and services.
📌 Monitor purchase orders, inventory, and procurement documentation.
📌 Support HR administrative activities, including employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and other HR operational tasks.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or operational support.
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
✔ Experience in HR administration is an advantage.
