Job description:
Support to provide employee amenities & office logistics.
Assist with administrative tasks like managing contracts, lease agreements, & service contracts.
Assist in procurement process: identifying suppliers, obtaining quotations, & placing orders.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist in processing purchase orders and contracts.
Track and manage the purchasing budget to ensure cost efficiency.
Assist in negotiating with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Participate in ongoing training to understand and manage Purchasing responsibilities.
Requirements:
Max. age 35.
Able to communicate in Mandarin fluently.
Bachelor degree from any fields.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and purchasing
software or ERP systems.
Fast-learner.
Ability to manage and lead a team.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
