Job description for Purchasing (Mandarin Speaker) at PT XCMG GROUP INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
- Complete Unit Purchase Order Recording: Ensure accurate recording of purchase orders for various units.
- Input to N/S System: Input relevant data into our internal systems for tracking and inventory management.
- Invoice Recording: Maintain records of invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Outgoing Goods (DO) Handover Slip for Complete Units: Prepare necessary documentation for the handover of outgoing goods.
- Vehicle Information (Transport): Coordinate transportation logistics and maintain vehicle information records.
- Archive Storage and Updates: Organize and update archives related to purchasing activities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
- At least have 1 years experience as Purchasing or any other related position (fresh graduate are very welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication, proactive and good in negotiation
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel skill in level intermediate will be plus point)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed at XCMG Service Center Office, Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta
