What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree an advantage)
Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain
Minimum 3 years of experience at managerial level, leading a procurement team
Experience managing annual procurement budgets and multi-category procurement
Strong background in apparel manufacturing, garment export, sporting goods, or fashion retail highly preferred
Solid skills in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management
Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a young, energetic team culture — fun environment, serious about performance
What You'll Do
Develop and execute procurement strategy across business units
Lead strategic sourcing and build a strong vendor/supplier ecosystem
Drive cost optimization, benchmarking, and procurement savings programs
Support merchandise and sportswear sourcing in partnership with Retail and Product Development
Manage procurement for events and operational needs (venue, logistics, production)
Ensure procurement governance, compliance, and risk management
