Job description for Purchasing Junior Staff at BNET Academy

At BNET, effective purchasing helps every team work better. We are looking for a Purchasing Junior Staff who is detail-oriented, communicative, and ready to support company procurement needs with accuracy and integrity.

What will you do:

  1. Support the purchasing process for goods and services needed by the company.
  2. Search, compare, and communicate with vendors or suppliers.
  3. Prepare and process purchasing documents such as purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
  4. Follow up purchase status, delivery progress, and vendor confirmation.
  5. Coordinate with internal users, warehouse, finance, and vendors.
  6. Maintain vendor data, price records, and purchase history.
  7. Ensure purchasing activities are carried out transparently and according to company procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  3. Able to use ERP, or other management systems.
  4. Good communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and well-organized.
  6. Able to follow up tasks and work with deadlines.
  7. Knowledge of technical goods, IT equipment, network materials, or ISP operations is a plus.
