Job Description
- Maintain close relationship with customers by proactive and responsive communications
- Manage and coordinate all import and export activities, including customs clearance, documentation, and shipping logistics ( Airway Bill, COO, PIB and PEB document, DHL, Fedex, and Customs )
- Coordinated with Supplier, freight forwarders, custom agents and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations shipment
- Ensure adherence to government regulations related to trade, customs, and industry standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import, preferably in F&B company
- Have knowledge about forwarding, EMKL Trucking, export-import regulations
- Understanding of trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or supply chain systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to work under pressure
- Integrity, honest, credible, good cooperation and collaboration with other staff
