Job description for PURCHASING IMPORT EXECUTIVE (INTERIOR PRODUCT) at PT. SERIP AMADORA INDONESIA
- Import Export Documentation, Regulation, Procedure & Process for Interior Product (Preference previous work from: Lighting, Furniture, Accesories, Art Work)
- SNI procedure & process
- Execute import/export oversea purchasing
- Ensure purchasing process conducted well
- Ensure purchasing administration & documentation served inline
- Coordinate with our chain stores to record product availability
- Generate weekly and monthly report
The candidate should be:
- Max. age 45 years old
- bachelor degree with GPA > 3.00, preference Finance / Accounting Major
- work experience at least 2 years in same field
- well understanding in process of import purchasing from overseas
- well understanding business correspondence and conversation
- have an outstanding negotiation skill
- can start work on November 2022
