Job description for Purchasing Expor Impor at PT Total Prime Engineering

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal Diploma / Sarjana Teknik (Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical) atau setara
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang procurement / sourcing Expor Impor (alat berat, mining, oil & gas lebih diutamakan) penempatan DS3
Mengetahui proses pembuatan PO dan dokumen Expor Impor serta dokumen pendukungnya
Mampu berkoordinasi dengan supplier, customer, forwarder, shipping line, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk memantau pengiriman barang
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan Bea Cukai dan perdagangan internasional
Memeriksa tagihan freight, handling, custom clearance dan dokumen lainnya untuk memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan penawaran atau kontrak yang berlaku
Mampu melakukan vendor sourcing serta handling RFQ dan perbandingan quotation
Memahami incoterms, HS Code, serta purchasing
Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris
Terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline, detail, dan data (Quotation / pricing)
Menguasai Microsoft Excel, pengalaman ERP (SAP / NAV) menjadi nilai tambah
Bersedia ditempatkan di Kedoya - Jakarta

In order to meet your specifications and requirements of seals used in the cylinder, we are equipped with 5 (five) CNC Sealing Machines with capacity up to 500 mm powered by technology of Seal Master - DMH GmbH. We are also armed with adequate machines for hydraulic repairs and manufacture.
