Purchasing Staff - Project Base (Prefferably Male)
- English language proficiency both speaking and writing, combined with effective verbal and written skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Hotel Industry’s purchasing, procurement, or inventory management. Prefferably experience with Hotel opening & project (e.g., renovation, etc).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (vlookup, pivot tables), and familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, etc).
- Skilled in evaluating, selecting, and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and has a strong ability to negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
- Capable of analyzing purchase data, market trends, and supply chain risks.
- High accuracy in managing purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
