- Search and analyze potential suppliers
- Willing to check in the field / out of office
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Learn about product specifications & quality product
- Coordinating with suppliers regarding complete documents
- Make reports on purchases & expenses of goods for inventory
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manage the procurement of goods
- Cooperate with related departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company
Value added skills :
- Fluent English & Mandarin Language.
Requirement :
- Minimum education Diploma degree (D3) from Management, Business, Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the field of purchasing
- Can operated programs Microsoft Office & etc
- Proactive to achieve given targets.
- Have initiative, be proactive
- Can be disciplined and honest
- Accurate in work
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Want to work in the Setia Budi area, Jakarta Pusat.
