Kualifikasi :

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Purchasing/Procurement
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel wajib)
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & negosiasi yang baik
Detail, teliti, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline
Jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki integritas tinggi
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan aplikasi Accurate menjadi nilai tambah
Bisa berbahasa inggris menjadi nilai tambah
Berdomisili di Bali dan bersedia ditempatkan di Kuta

Tanggung Jawab :

Mencari, mengevaluasi, dan menjaga hubungan dengan vendor
Meminta dan membandingkan penawaran harga (quotation)
Melakukan negosiasi harga, kualitas, dan syarat pembelian
Membuat dan memproses Purchase Order (PO)
Monitoring stok barang dan jadwal pengiriman barang
Follow-up vendor terkait keterlambatan atau masalah
Membuat rekap dan laporan pembelian
Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait kebutuhan operasional
