Job Descriptions

Membuat pengajuan kebutuhan barang / jasa yang diajukan oleh divisi terkait.
Membeli kebutuhan barang yang sudah di approval oleh manajemen.
Menghubungi supplier & vendor untuk mendapatkan quotation / penawaran harga.
Membuat dokumen pemesanan / Purchase Order (PO).
Melacak & memastikan pengiriman atau eksekusi pengerjaan service berjalan dengan baik.
Menerima kedatangan barang & mengecek kualitasnya.
Melengkapi dokumentasi pembelian kepada bagian keuangan.
Melakukan control atas ketersediaan barang.
Mendata barang masuk & barang keluar.
Merapikan setiap barang yang ada di gudang, sesuai kelompoknya masing-masing.
Memproses dan mempersiapkan barang sesuai dengan permintaan dari divisi terkait.
