Build X Team Gym's brand through media relations, events, partnerships, and public communications to strengthen reputation and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a positive image for XTeam Gym.
- Build relationships with the media, community, influencers, and partners.
- Manage events, gatherings, and company branding activities.
- Create press releases and company communication materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- Handle public communications and help maintain the company's reputation. These responsibilities align with the general practice of public relations roles in companies and the fitness industry.
- Build communication and collaboration with brand sponsors for events and merchants and develop collaboration programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Active on social media and understanding of branding.
- Creative, confident, and able to work in a team.
- Experience managing events is a plus.
