Job description for Public Relations Specialist at NAMARINA
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development
- Identify potential leads for partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
- Conduct research on prospective partners to understand their goals and alignment with Namarina’s mission.
- Develop a pipeline of potential partners across various industries.
- Initiate contact, schedule meetings, and present partnership opportunities to potential sponsors.
2. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and sponsors to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Act as the main point of contact for all partner-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Regularly update partners on Namarina’s programs, events, and achievements to strengthen engagement.
3. Pitching and Proposal Development
- Prepare and deliver professional pitching decks and presentations tailored to each potential partner’s needs.
- Write comprehensive proposal letters that outline partnership opportunities and benefits.
- Collaborate with the PR & External Communications Director to develop creative partnership ideas and sponsorship packages.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of partnership activities, including meetings, proposals, and agreements.
- Provide regular updates to the PR & External Communications Director on the status of ongoing partnership discussions.
- Track partnership performance and provide insights for improvement.
