PUBLIC RELATIONS
We are looking for a Public Relations professional who is passionate about the F&B, lifestyle, and entertainment industry. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with media, KOLs, influencers, communities, and potential brand partners, while supporting various events and brand campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, influencers, communities, and brand partners.
- Handle outreach and coordinate invitations for media, KOLs, influencers, and VIP guests for events and campaigns.
- Develop opportunities for media coverage, brand exposure, and organic publicity.
- Support PR activities for major events such as Anniversary,Halloween, DJ/Artist Takeovers, special events, and brand collaborations.
- Identify and approach potential brands for collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Maintain and regularly update the media, KOL, influencer, community, and partner database.
- Monitor and track media/KOL coverage, social media exposure, and post-event publications.
- Conduct follow-ups after events and maintain long-term relationships with media, KOLs, influencers, communities, and partners.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Guest Relations, and Management to ensure consistent brand image and communication.
- Stay updated on lifestyle trends, relevant influencers, communities, events, and potential collaboration opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Public Relations, Influencer/KOL Relations, Media Relations, Partnerships, Community Relations, or similar roles.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, nightlife, entertainment, or agency industries is preferred.
- Have an existing network of media, KOLs, influencers, communities, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Confident in approaching and maintaining relationships with external partners.
- Active, outgoing, and comfortable attending events and interacting with various stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required for events.
- Up-to-date with current social media, lifestyle, F&B, and entertainment trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling KOL/influencer activation and event invitations.
- Experience working with media and securing brand exposure or coverage.
- Experience handling brand partnerships or sponsorships.
- Familiar with Jakarta's F&B, lifestyle, nightlife, and entertainment scene.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
