Job Desk :

1. KOL & Media Sourcing

•⁠ ⁠Mengidentifikasi dan menjangkau (outreach) kandidat KOL Barter, koordinasi pengiriman PR Package, serta menjangkau mitra media placement untuk Velvet Theory.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Membantu pencarian, pendataan, dan pengayaan database kandidat KOL Barter untuk Skin Dewi.

2. KOL Assessment & Negotiation

•⁠ ⁠Menilai performa kandidat KOL berdasarkan tingkat interaksi (engagement rate), kualitas konten, dan relevansi audiens.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Melakukan negosiasi awal terkait skema kerja sama barter dengan KOL maupun pihak media secara persuasif.

3. Brief Preparation & Execution

•⁠ ⁠Menyusun dan mendistribusikan creative brief kerja sama KOL Barter untuk Skin Dewi dan Velvet Theory agar penyampaian pesan brand tepat sasaran.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

•⁠ ⁠Menyusun laporan performa kampanye PR/KOL secara berkala (Weekly & Monthly Report) untuk memantau efektivitas hasil kerja sama.
