Job description for Public Relations & Guest Relations Manager at PT Daging group Indonesia (Meatguy Steakhouse)
Meatguy Steakhouse is seeking a proactive, well-connected PR & VIP Relations Manager to drive high-net-worth guest acquisition, corporate partnerships, and brand prestige. This role goes beyond traditional PR; you will actively leverage your network, conduct direct corporate outreach, and activate client databases to convert prospects into loyal patrons of our luxury steakhouse.
Key Responsibilities:
● Guest Acquisition & VIP Engagement: Proactively approach, invite, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), food connoisseurs, and tastemakers into regular Meatguy Steakhouse guests
● Corporate B2B Outreach: Conduct door-to-door sales visits and pitches to corporate executives, luxury brands, embassies, and event planners to secure corporate dining accounts, group bookings, and private events
● Database Management & Activation: Build, expand, and continuously engage an extensive database of VIP clients and corporate key decision-makers
● Brand Strategy & Media Relations: Craft and execute PR strategies, manage media/influencer relationships, and oversee press opportunities to maintain Meatguy Steakhouse’s luxury positioning
● VIP Relationship Management: Oversee end-to-end VIP dining experiences, ensuring personalized touchpoints, seamless reservation handling, and exceptional guest retention
● Event & Partnership Management: Identify and negotiate strategic co-branding partnerships, private dining activations, and high-profile lifestyle events
Requirements:
● Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of strong PR, Business Development, or Guest Relations experience within luxury F&B, fine dining, or 5-star hospitality
● Established Network: Possess a proven, high-quality database of active HNWIs, lifestyle media, luxury brand contacts, and corporate key decision-makers
● Proactive Sales Mindset: Strong track record in direct B2B sales, corporate outreach, and proactive client acquisition (not just passive media handling)
● F&B Acumen: Deep understanding of fine dining standards, luxury hospitality trends, premium meats, and high-end consumer behavior
● Communication & Appearance: Exceptional command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) with a polished, executive-level presentation
● Results-Driven: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and capable of meeting reservation and revenue targets.
