Job description for Public Relations Admin at PT Good Sale Tech
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing, organizing, updating, and maintaining PR-related data and documentation to ensure accurate records, efficient workflows, and well-organized administrative processes
- Assists the PR team in managing databases, tracking collaborations, preparing reports, and maintaining organized documentation across brands and PR activities
- Maintain and regularly update PR databases, including celebrities, KOLs, influencers, brand ambassadors, and other relevant contacts
- Compile and process PR data for weekly, monthly, and campaign-based reports.
- Organize and maintain data related to collaboration history, talent profiles, rates, deliverables, and campaign performance
- Conduct regular data checks to identify duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Communication, Management, or any related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, data management, or a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, data organization, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas (SUM, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data and handling repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in PR, marketing, KOL/influencer management, or campaign administration is a plus
- Familiarity with Pivot Tables, data validation, and duplicate checking is an advantage
