Job Description :
• Manage Seller Center (products, promotions, banners, store displays).
• Optimize product content and monitor daily performance.
• Respond to customer chats and coordinate stock/shipping with the warehouse.
• Create monthly e-commerce performance reports.
• Develop event concepts
• Approach brand partners and prepare proposal decks.
• Manage event rundowns, recaps, and evaluations.
• Manage content plans and brief design/video requirements.
• Manage Affiliate & KOLs: search, negotiation, briefing, posting monitoring, and reporting.
• Provide BABOR & LAZARTIGUE product recommendations for campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's degree (preferably Marketing/Communications).
• Female (No Male), maximum age 35 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Relation
• Preferably experienced in beauty
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Experience managing marketplaces (Tokopedia/Shopee/TikTok Shop).
• Familiar with events and brand collaborations.
• Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Able to work with targets and timelines
