BITTO Woodfire Social Grill is a new restaurant concept in Berawa, Bali, bringing together woodfire cooking, social dining, great drinks, and a relaxed hospitality experience.
As we build our team from the ground up, we are looking for a Housekeeping / Public Area team member who takes pride in cleanliness, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Your role is simple but important — keeping BITTO clean, fresh, comfortable, and ready for our guests every day.
Your Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, public areas, outdoor areas, and restaurant surroundings.
* Clean and maintain guest toilets and ensure they are always hygienic and well-stocked.
* Perform cleaning before, during, and after operations.
* Keep floors, furniture, windows, and other areas clean and well-maintained.
* Properly use and store cleaning equipment and supplies.
* Report any damage, maintenance issues, or cleanliness concerns.
* Support general cleaning and daily operational needs when required.
* Follow BITTO’s hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous housekeeping, public area, hotel, or restaurant experience is preferred.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Good attitude, responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
* Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with a willingness to learn.
* Available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
