Housekeeping / Public Area Attendant
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Daily Worker – Housekeeping / Public Area Attendant to join our team at our Padel & Restaurant venue.
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of our padel courts, public areas, restaurant, bathrooms, and other facilities to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and members.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain padel courts and surrounding areas.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, changing rooms, and shower facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, café, seating areas, and common spaces.
- Ensure towels, toiletries, tissues, and cleaning supplies are adequately stocked.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and hygiene standards.
- Keep floors, glass surfaces, furniture, and high-touch areas clean and presentable.
- Collect and dispose of waste properly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Prepare the venue before and after events, tournaments, and busy periods.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
- Assist with other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Good personal hygiene and a strong sense of cleanliness.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing active cleaning duties.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
