We are looking for a Psychometrician who is capable of managing psychometric assessments and analyzing data to support organizational needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in psychometrics / assessment / analytics
Minimum education: Master’s degree (S2) in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field
Strong understanding of assessment and psychometrics
Experienced in processing and analyzing data
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with ISO or certification in psychometrics/statistics is a plus
