We are a psychology consulting firm with multiple ongoing projects. One of our key projects involves conducting psychological assessments for driving license (SIM) testing across West Java.
Job Description / Scope of Work
The Clinical Psychologist will be professionally responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of psychological assessment processes across all operational areas in West Java. Although field assessments are conducted by Psychology Assistants (Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology) acting as testers and scorers, the Clinical Psychologist will:
- Hold full professional responsibility for psychological assessment processes
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supervise and provide professional guidance to psychology assistants
- Validate assessment results and ensure ethical, legal, and professional compliance
- Ensure accurate scoring, interpretation, and issuance of assessment reports
- Support management activities, including operational coordination and process improvement
- Participate in quality control, evaluation, and strategic planning initiatives
Job Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Professional Psychology (Magister Profesi Psikologi Klinis)
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an active SIPP
- Willing to work full-time
- Willing to work mobile across West Java when required
- Digitally savvy and comfortable using assessment and reporting systems
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, responsibility, and communication skills
