Job Description:
- Technical & Commercial Proposal: Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, cost estimations, and commercial bids for industrial automation projects (PLC, SCADA, DCS, instrumentation).
- Requirement Analysis: Review tender documents, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and client specifications to design tailored automation solutions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to gather pricing, delivery schedules, and technical clarifications.
- Cost Optimization: Perform sizing, equipment selection, and cost calculation to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Client Presentation: Support the sales team in presenting proposals, technical clarifications, and defending bids to clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Proposal Engineer, Estimation Engineer, or Automation Engineer in an industrial automation or system integration environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial automation systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and field instruments).
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical/cost-estimation skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
