Kualifikasi Utama:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil atau Teknik Elektro.
Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang Property Management (khususnya pengelolaan Gedung/Office).
Wajib mahir mengoperasikan AutoCAD.
Memiliki kemampuan aplikasi BIM atau Primavera (menjadi nilai plus).
Memiliki pemahaman mengenai Project Management.
Mampu bekerja di lapangan dengan tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi (attention to detail).
Memiliki interpersonal skill yang baik, adaptif, dan disiplin.
Dapat bergabung secepatnya (Join ASAP).
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem kontrak
