We develop and manage mining projects and work with various partners to support the growth of our business in Indonesia.
We are also involved in the procurement and supply of mining equipment, spare parts, heavy equipment components, and other products that support mining operations. About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and capable individual to join our team and contribute to improving our service quality and operational efficiency. This position is key to our business development, particularly in strengthening customer relationships and increasing sales of property insurance products.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer relationships through our CRM system
2. Analyze market data and develop effective marketing strategies
3. Prepare accurate and informative reports
4. Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met
5. Conduct market research and prepare compelling presentations to promote property insurance products
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major
2. Skilled in customer service, teamwork, analytical thinking, public speaking, and communication
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
4. Experienced in using CRM tools, with solid administrative skills
5. 1-3 years of experience in a related field and an existing client base are added advantages
