We are looking for a serious, proactive and organized real estate agent to support our villa rental and sales activity in Bali.
The role includes sourcing new villas, contacting owners and agents, organizing property visits, following up with clients, and keeping the CRM updated.
Main Responsibilities
• Source villas for monthly rental, yearly rental, leasehold and freehold
• Contact owners, agents and local partners
• Collect full property details, photos, prices, availability and commission terms
• Organize and handle client visits
• Follow up with clients on WhatsApp
• Match clients with suitable properties
• Update the CRM after each interaction
• Track leads, visits, follow-ups and deal status
• Support basic negotiations with owners or agents
• Report clearly on weekly priorities and active clients
Requirements
• Experience in Bali real estate preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Indonesian language is a plus
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools and Notion
• Professional attitude with clients
• Proactive, reliable and honest
• Able to work independently and take initiative
