Job description for Prompt Engineer (Project Based) at PT. ALL DATA INTERNATIONAL

Kami sedang mencari seorang Prompt Engineer untuk project based selama 6 bulan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Mendesain & mengoptimasi prompt untuk macam-macam task: RAG Q&A, klasifikasi, ekstraksi, summarization, reasoning agent
Membangun & tuning agent di platform (Dataiku), system prompt, tool use, multi-agent
Grounding & citation di RAG agar tiap jawaban kebukti sumbernya
Setup guardrail: topic boundary, PII masking, deteksi prompt injection
Membuat prompt template eval harness untuk ukur akurasi & konsistensi qualification / requirements

Requirements:

Pengalaman ±1 tahun ngerjain aplikasi/fitur berbasis LLM/GenAI (boleh dari background AI/ML engineer, data scientist, dll.)
Prompt design: instruksi jelas, few-shot, chain-of-thought, structured output (JSON)
Pernah membangun/tuning RAG termasuk grounding, citation, kontrol halusinasi
Pernah mendesain/tuning AI agent (system prompt, tool calling, alur multi-step/agentic)
Mindset evaluatif ukur kualitas output & iterasi sistematis
Nilai plus: familiar dengan framework LLM/agent (mis. Dataiku, LangChain/LlamaIndex), terbiasa dengan LLM open-source/on-prem maupun commercial API, bisa Python buat bikin pipeline/eval.
