General Qualifications:
• Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or higher, preferably with experience in sales or marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, especially in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry (preferred).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and confident personality.
2. Responsibilities:
• Promote the restaurant to potential customers through direct interactions and digital platforms.
• Establish partnerships with companies, communities, and other stakeholders to increase customer traffic.
• Conduct canvassing, event promotions, and other marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Develop creative marketing strategies to attract more customers.
• Prepare sales reports and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional strategies.
3. Skills & Competencies:
• Understanding of marketing strategies, both offline and digital (e.g., social media and influencer marketing).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own a personal vehicle (if required for high mobility).
• Willing to work with targets and demonstrate high initiative.
