Promotion Executives work on a strategic promotion plan to drive higher traffic of quality visitors to the exhibition. Their main target is to ensure that the right people know and get interested in our exhibitions.
Usual Daily Tasks include :
- Reach out to potential visitors - call, text, email
- Present the exhibitions to the potential visitors - get their feedback, grow their interests, gain recommendations and referrals
- Generate new leads for visitors
The MUSTs for Promotion Executives :
- Pleasant personality - good telephone voice and skills
- Well organised - good in arranging schedules
- Proficient with online video conferencing platforms - Google Meet, MS Team, Zoom
