Job description for Project Supervisor at Education One
As a Project Supervisor, you will be the right hand and trusted representative of the project owner in managing all field activities related to project construction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all field operational activities.
- Prepare weekly, daily, and monthly work plan reports for the owner.
- Ensure that the work complies with project drawings, schedules, and quality standards.
- Inspect the work of foremen and subcontractors using checklists.
- Ensure that project activities comply with regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with the owner, supervisors, and construction management.
- Act as the owner's representative on-site, ensuring decisions and actions align with the owner's directives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
- Experience in BOQ preparation.
- Proficient in using Ms Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Proficient in construction management, including budgeting, scheduling, work methods, quality control, and supervision.
- Thorough understanding of project drawings and project targets.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, honest, and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to work in the Gili Trawangan & Gili Air area - accommodation & housing will be provided
