· Minimum 2 years of experience in interior construction
· Strong managerial and leadership skills

. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
. Willing to travel frequently and be assigned outside
regular working hours when required
. Able to prepare weekly and monthly project requirements
and budget estimates
· Owns a personal vehicle
. Able to prepare weekly project progress reports
· Ensure on-site progress is carried out according to schedule
