The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that all work is carried out according to plan, budget, and quality standards. This includes coordinating with project teams, managing timelines, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for implementing safety protocols, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, they will play a key role in leading and mentoring site staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. They should have between 1 and 3 years of experience in construction supervision or project management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong skills in Construction Safety, Construction Management, English Language, Leadership, Communication, and Construction Site Management are essential.
