Project Supervisor / Site Coordinator

Divine 9 Interior adalah perusahaan interior design & build dengan fokus pada kualitas desain, detail pengerjaan, dan eksekusi project yang rapi.

Saat ini kami mencari team member yang mau belajar, berkembang, dan bertumbuh bersama perusahaan untuk membantu pengawasan proyek di lapangan.

Jakarta Barat (Bersedia mobile ke lokasi project)

Kualifikasi

Pria umur 20-38 tahun
Pendidikan minimal SMK / D3 / S1 jurusan sipil/ interior design/ arsitektur
Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai supervisor lapangan
Dapat membaca gambar Teknik (Denah ,detail & 3D) & BQ
Menguasai Microsoft basic ( excel, word & ppt)
Bersedia kerja shift malam & mobile ke proyek
Memiliki sim C (wajib), memiliki sim A akan menambah nilai tambah
Bertanggung jawab, disiplin, jujur & gigih

Job Description

Melakukan pengawasan & progress proyek agar berjalan dengan lancar
Memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu dengan hasil maksimal
Melakukan Quality Control di lapangan
Koordinasi dengan tim & vendor terkait di lapangan
Membuat BQ & memastikan kebutuhan material
Melaporkan progress harian & mingguan kepada Project Manager
