Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Specialist located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Project Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of environmental compliance projects, specifically focusing on the PROPER KLH framework. Daily tasks include conducting gap analysis on client environmental data, managing reporting through the SIMPEL platform, and providing technical advisory on water, air, and waste management. You will act as the technical lead in reports, ensuring all project milestones align with the latest environmental regulations and Hegar Group’s high-tech sustainability standards.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Permen LH No. 7 Year 2025 and PROPER criteria.
• Proficiency in managing environmental data and reporting via SIMPEL KLH.
• Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical skills to translate complex environmental data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Communication and Presentation skills to lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team of data and environmental experts.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in environmental consultancy is a must.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
