Job description for Project Specialist at eVantage HR
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Development: Craft strategic influencer marketing plans, proposals, budgets, cost structures, and viral campaign mechanisms for regional and international clients.
- Influencer Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign execution involving celebrities and influencers. Handle client account management, write campaign briefs and press releases, plan and host media events, and deliver data-driven performance analytics reports.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and oversee Marketing Executives to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and high execution standards.
- Content & Brand Management: Direct Marketing Executives in producing engaging content for our agency's website, social media channels, and marketing collaterals.
- Influencer Research & AI Analytics: Utilise data analytics tools to source, vet, and profile local and international influencers tailored to client needs.
- Vendor & Operational Support: Manage third-party vendors and handle ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support campaign deliverables.
- Regional & Global Exposure: Represent the agency in liaising with cross-border clients and participate in key local and overseas networking events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- MNC Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 3 years of digital marketing and marketing experience (agency or brand side), with a proven track record of working in or servicing B2C MNC.
- Influencer & Team Manage: At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, along with 2 years of experience in budget management and managing a team.
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, i.e. Instagram, TikTok, 小红书, etc.
- Core Competencies: Strong relationship-management skills, high attention to detail, and the capacity to take ownership and independently develop proposal budget, drive campaigns, and manage staff’s timelines.
