Job description for Project Site Supervisor at Bali Home Builder
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or elated field with min. 3 years on-site experience.
- Able to read shop drawings and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Possess working knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and site procedures.
- Able to manage site activities based on work plans and schedules.
- Experienced in cost planning & providing BoQ is an advantage.
- Passionate, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SAP.
- Based in Bali (or willing to relocate).
- Must be fluent in English.
Job Roles:
- Monitor and supervise daily construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and company standards.
- Supervise all on-site personnel, including workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Analyze blueprints and drawings to ensure all work meets design specifications.
- Recommend improvements or changes to construction methods and operations for greater efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports and manage material preparation.
- Evaluate worker performance and provide feedback when necessary.
- Coordinate closely with the Site Architect and Site Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
