Job description for Project Sales at PT. Ledvance Trading Indonesia
What You Will Do
• Identify and develop project sales opportunities (commercial buildings, infrastructure, industry, hospitality, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and project owners
• Follow up projects from the planning stage through negotiation, closing, and execution
• Present lighting products and solutions to clients based on project requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, supply chain, finance, and marketing) to support project needs
• Monitor project progress, tender processes, and competitor activities
• Prepare quotations, project proposals, and sales reports
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships
• Conduct regular meetings and site visits to support project development
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in project sales (lighting, electrical products, building materials, or related industries preferred)
• Strong network and connections within the project/construction industry (highly important)
• Good understanding of project flow, tender process, and construction business practices
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel for meetings, networking, and site visits
• Nice to have: Experience handling projects such as high-rise buildings, malls, stadiums, hospitals, or commercial projects
• Technical or engineering background is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic project documentation
