Job description for Project Sales at PT Sakti Mitrainti Sejahtera

• Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan Manajemen Pemasaran, Bisnis, atau Teknik Sipil)

• Berpengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Sales Project di bidang konstruksi, manufaktur, baja ringan, atau bahan bangunan

• Memiliki jaringan relasi dengan kontraktor, konsultan, developer, maupun owner project menjadi nilai tambah

• Terbiasa menangani proses tender dan penawaran harga proyek

• Mampu melakukan presentasi produk teknis kepada klien B2B

• Memahami strategi penjualan proyek (pipeline management & closing strategy)

• Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik

• Target oriented dan siap bekerja dengan sistem KPI
