Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3 dari semua jurusan.
Minimal pengalaman kerja selama 1 tahun di bidang Project Sales di perusahaan manufaktur bahan bangunan.
Memiliki jaringan atau koneksi yang luas khususnya pada instansi pemerintahan, BUMN, kontraktor, dan developer.
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota (home base Penjaringan - Jakarta Utara)
Memiliki SIM A, dan memiliki mobil pribadi menjadi nilai tambah.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Mendapatkan Proyek skala besar.
Mengelola dan mengembangkan hubungan kerja sama dengan main contractor, subcontractor, developer, dan management consultant.
Melakukan presentasi produk dan sistem Aplus kepada calon klien dan pihak terkait proyek.
Mengidentifikasi peluang proyek baru serta melakukan tindak lanjut untuk mencapai target penjualan.
Menyampaikan laporan aktivitas penjualan dan perkembangan proyek secara berkala kepada atasan
