Job description for Project Sales Support at PT Sanwamas Metal Industry
Job Description
- Support the Sales team in managing project administration from inquiry to project completion.
- Handle and if needed, escalate customer requests and complaints, and where required and customer initiatives.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) to ensure product suitability.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Estimator, Production, PPIC, Procurement, and Installation teams regarding project requirements and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and monitor project documents such as quotations, submittals, shop drawings, material schedules, and project reports.
- Support Sales during technical meetings, project handovers, and customer coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project owners.
Qualification
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferably non-Hijab & Muslim (for Lebaran backup).
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with Structural or other technical drawing.
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry.
- Willing to be placed in North Bekasi, Jakarta, Cikarang and to participate in the recruitment process offline.
