We represent our client, a manufacturing company specializing in high-quality wooden doors for interior and exterior applications. The company offers a wide range of customizable door solutions, combining quality craftsmanship, precision, and innovation to meet diverse design and functional requirements, with a strong commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project sales strategies to achieve annual targets.
- Identify new project opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Drive specification selling, lead presentations, manage tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and close project deals.
- Monitor project orders and coordinate with Production, QC, Project Operations, and Finance to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports, while leading and developing the project sales team.
- Conduct market research and explore potential export opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or interior industries.
- Strong understanding of specification selling, tender processes, and commercial negotiations.
- Established network with key project stakeholders, including architects, developers, and contractors.
- Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and target-oriented mindset.
