Job description for Project Sales / Business Development at Sinergi Solusi Integrasi
- Electrical, Mechanical and/or IT education background, or other relevant discipline.
- More than 2 years (5 years will be advantage) of experience in Sales of automation system or equipment for building facility. Experience in security system ( Turnstile gate, barrier gate, automated border control, CCTV, Biometric / FR access control system, server – firewall and networking systems, homeland security, etc) field is preferable.
- Good networking in IT or (consultants and developers will be an advantage).
- Demonstrates ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the Client's organization .
- Fluent in English and able to conduct presentation to customers.
- Fully Understanding in respective market, be able to create strategy to “winning the deal” and know competitor
- Willing to travel (if necessary)
- Strong ability to identify the Client's needs and provide solution to customers.
- Able to work as team work.
- Discipline and hard working.
- Good time management and Reporting.
- Meet the sales target for respective market.
- Sell total security system such as Turnstile gate, barrier gate, automated border control, CCTV, Biometric / FR access control system, server – firewall and networking systems, homeland security, etc.
- Create specification with consultant started from design stage and follow up until get the order
- Identify and focus on big projects and able to strategize how to win the projects.
- Build and maintain relationship with Consultants, Developers and Users for long term.
