Job description for PROJECT PLANNER at PT Lokomotif Konten Digital
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team! You’ll be responsible for managing offline and online projects—including exhibitions, concerts, festivals, MICE, and social media marketing—from start to finish. Your goal? Ensure everything runs smoothly, stays on budget, meets deadlines, and exceeds client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in event planning (preferably in a similar industry). Bonus points if you’re into K-Culture, K-POP, K-Tourism, K-FOOD, and more!
- Up-to-date with trends in exhibitions, concerts, festivals, MICE, and social media marketing.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Korean language skills? A big plus!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- 🎯 Planning: Develop project plans, budgets, team management, schedules, and creative ideas.
- 📞 Communication: Act as the key contact between teams, clients, and third parties to ensuring smooth coordination, updates, and revisions.
- 📊 Monitoring: Keep everything on track and ensure the project runs according to plan.
- 📝 Reporting: Provide project reports to directors and clients.
