If you think you have all of the following requirements:
- Technical Competencies :
- S1 from Economy, Management, Business, Communications, Engineering
- Min. 1 - 2 years in Project Officer/events
- Proficient in Ms Excel, Airtable, and/or other database monitoring tools
- Sufficient experience in working with Gsuite & virtual meeting platforms
- Strong administration skill
- Demonstrate adequate business acumen
Main Activities:
- Assisting the Project Manager in overseeing the complete process of the program, which includes pre-program activities such as participants attandence, in-program tasks, and post program administrative duties.
- Serving as the central point of communication for clients involved in the program and managing the scheduling process throughout the pre-program, during-program, and post-program phases.
- Supporting the project team for specific tasks requested by the Project Manager.
- Supporting consultancy project that help clients builds business roadmaps, develop innovation pilot projects, and conduct global benchmarking initiatives across two countries.
